Flat ports are recommended for standard, macro and telephoto lenses. Due to refraction, flat ports reduce the angle of coverage of a lens and magnify the image. This makes the flat port ideal when using standard, macro or zoom lenses to shoot small subjects.
Note that if a port is long enough to accommodate the full length of a 1:1 macro lens, the lens may vignette when used at infinity. If access to the lens' full range is desired, then select a dome port instead.
Accommodates lenses up to 4.1-inch (10.4 cm) long and 3.3-inch (8.4 cm) in diameter. Measure your lens or use our Port Finder to determine compatibility.
Ikelite's Color-Correction Filters are secured in a rubber holder that is a push-fit over the housing's port on digital still or video housings. The orange filter is for tropical 9blue) water and the magenta filter is for cold (green) water. The filters enhance the color balance in natural light photography.
Enhances warm reds and oranges in tropical "blue" water with available sunlight up to 80' (24m). Secures to the outside of the Ikelite lens port offering easy installation and removal. For use without a flash

A popular Modular Lens Extension for use with many shorter length zoom lenses. The extension threads onto the base of either the Modular 8-inch Dome or the Modular Glass Flat Front for simple assembly and use in a wide variety of applications.

This sophisticated housing provides everything you need to get creative with this powerful compact camera!
Canon packed a large 1"-type 20.2MP BSI-CMOS sensor into a very compact and usable body. It also boasts speedy auto-focus and a sharp, 24-100mm equivalent lens which is perfect for shooting both wide angle and macro on the same dive.
Differences in camera size and lens placement prevent the newer Canon PowerShot G7X Mark II from operating in this housing. For the same reason, the housing for the Canon PowerShot G7X Mark II cannot be modified or adapted to fit the older Canon PowerShot G7X.
There's no greater assurance than being able to see the o-ring seal. Simply close the two double-passivated stainless steel locking lid snaps, and see the o-ring form a solid black, watertight seal.
Ikelite products are designed, built and tested in the USA. We use locally sourced, top-grade materials. Our housings are built by hand and individually tested for fit, function and waterproof integrity. We back our products with over 50 years of experience and service within the dive industry.
This housing is just-right-sized to hold comfortably in your hand. Controls are provided for all important camera functions including the rear dial. The camera's versatile front control ring is gear driven to place the control within easy reach. A sensitive shutter lever makes it easy to half-depress the trigger for focusing and metering. All rear controls are clearly marked with engraved indicia which will never fade or fall off.
An included flash diffuser improves lighting quality when the camera's built-in flash is used. A built-in flash is effective between 1-3 feet (0.3-0.9m) from the subject in clear conditions. For best results a color correcting filter or external lighting is recommended. External lighting is more powerful and can be placed in a position to virtually eliminate the backscatter - or "snow" - from your underwater images.
The optional AF35 strobe triggers and provides automatic TTL exposure by watching the camera's built-in flash, without the need of fiber optic cords or sensors. Alternatively, two ports are provided for the connection of up to two Ikelite-, SEA&SEA-, or Olympus-type fiber optic cords.
Our 3-inch diameter ports feature a 67mm thread on the front for the easy attachment of external wide angle and macro wet lenses. Wide angle lenses make objects appear smaller, so that you can fit more into your frame underwater. Macro close-up lenses make small objects appear larger, so that tiny creatures will fill your frame.
The WD-3 Wide Angle Dome provides mid-range angle of view with no vignetting (dark shadows in the corners of the image).
The W-30 Wide Angle Lens, INON UWL-H100, and other 67mm threaded wide angle lenses, provide a wider maximum angle of view. Because these are separated from the camera's lens by glass, air, and water, some vignetting and edge distortion will be present. These effects can be reduced or eliminated by using a smaller aperture, zooming in slightly, and/or cropping in post-production.
External macro lenses with 67mm threads from INON, Epoque, and other manufacturers, can be attached directly to the front of the housing's port.
3-inch diameter color filters press directly onto these ports. Most wide angle lenses require a 3.6-inch diameter color filter. Refer to the product page for information on color filter compatibility.
Is your GoPro footage inducing motion sickness? Let's be honest, there's only so much post-editing work you can do to correct the unavoidable outcome of shaky video. Share your underwater footage with confidence by simply adding this lightweight, precision-machined aluminum tray to your GoPro camera.
While light will improve footage taken in shallow water, it's a must-have the deeper you go. At only 30 feet below the surface, red, orange, violet, and yellow are lost. At 60-120 feet, you're left with only blue and green. In order to bring the truly vibrant colors of the underwater world to life, Steady Tray for GoPro encompasses two mounting points, designed to meet both your comfort and lighting needs.
Like every Ikelite product, Steady Tray for GoPro is built and tested in the USA. Premium anodizing delivers rugged, corrosion resistant performance. Best of all, we back our products with over 50 years of experience and service within the dive industry.
