Repair Services
Helix Camera & Video provides repair services on a variety of photographic equipment.
Bring your damaged equipment to the Helix Retail Store. There will be a $35 estimate fee then we will have our technician evaluate your equipment.
Though times can vary we will usually have a repair estimate for you in 7 - 10 days. At that point you can decide whether or not to have your equipment repaired. No repairs are performed before customer approval and payment.
If you elect to have your equipment repaired the $35 estimate fee will be applied to the cost of the repair.
Helix Camera warranties repairs performed for 6 months.
*At this time we are unable to estimate completed repair turn around time due to parts shortages.
