Overview
The Saramonic SmartRig+ is a compact 2-channel audio interface that enables you to connect any combination of professional microphones, guitars or instruments to DSLRs and video cameras, as well as iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches and Android devices that feature a headphone jack. It’s an ultra-portable, lightweight device that vastly improves the sound quality of the videos you shoot. It also lets you create broadcast-quality audio recordings on your mobile device for podcasting and news gathering. In addition, you can use powerful music-making apps to their full potential by connecting real instruments and professional microphones to your mobile device.
The SmartRig+ features three different kinds of inputs, and there are two of each: XLR, 1/4” (6.35mm), and 1/8“ (3.5mm). All of the inputs remain active, and you can use 4 of them at the same time. The XLR inputs can supply condenser microphones with +48 volts of phantom power, which enables you to use almost any kind of microphone. The 1/4” (6.35mm) inputs are impedance-matched to provide the best sound quality from electric guitars and basses, and acoustic instruments with pickups.
A Mono/Stereo switch on the SmartRig+ lets you choose how the channels will be mixed when connected to a camera or mobile device. When set to Mono, anything you plug in will be recorded to both channels of the camera or mobile device. The Mono setting is useful when you’re just plugging in a single microphone, because the audio will be recorded to both channels on the camera or mobile device. The Stereo setting is useful when you’re plugging two microphones or instruments, because both channels will be recorded as independent tracks. This gives you better editing options in post-production.
If you shoot video on your smartphone, you can connect professional shotgun and lavalier mics to vastly improve your sound quality. The built-in preamps provide clean sound, and if your camera lacks a headphone output, you can use the jack on the SmartRig+. Two nicely-sized gain control knobs allow you to dial in perfect levels with ease. The SmartRig+ is an affordable and ultra-portable device with impeccable sound quality that provides an impressive amount of functionality to a wide range of uses.

Overview
The Saramonic SR-AX100 is an ultra-compact, two-channel audio mixer that makes it possible to connect and mix two microphones to DSLR, mirrorless, and video cameras that only have a single mic input and it doesn’t require power to operate. A built-in shoe mount on the base lets you attach the AX100 to your camera, and a 1/4-20 tripod thread makes it possible to easily attach it to camera cages, tripods and more.
There are three 1/8“ (3.5mm) (1 stereo and 2 mono) inputs on the back of the AX100 for connecting battery-powered microphones and wireless microphone receivers. The two attenuator knobs on the front of the AX100 make it easy to adjust the levels of the microphones that are plugged in, and the knobs feature stepped indents for precise adjustments. A Mono/Stereo switch lets you control how the microphones are recorded to your camera. Stereo mode separates the audio into individual left and right channels on your camera, perfect for getting two separate mic signals to mix in post-production. In Mono mode, they are mixed together which is useful when you have two mics plugged in, but you want the audio mixed to both left and right channels in your camera.
The top and sides of the AX100 feature durable shoe mounts, which acts as a bracket that transforms the single shoe on your camera into three, giving you convenient places to confidently mount lights, microphones, and wireless receivers. The AX100 is so small and lightweight that you can easily bring it with you everywhere you go, and its all-metal construction means it’s built like a tank and prepared for travel.

An automatic-scan feature locates the best available channel for you and the infrared synchronization makes the process a snap. There are 96 channels available, which enables you to run multiple sets of UwMic9 systems at the same time without issues. Easy-to-read backlit LCD displays on both of the transmitters and the receiver let you make quick adjustments to the intuitive menus in the brightest or darkest environments. The RX9 receiver also includes a headphone output, enabling real-time audio monitoring if your camera lacks a headphone output.
Locking 1/8” (3.5mm) mini-plug and XLR output cables are both included so you can use the UwMic9 with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, camcorders, professional video cameras, audio recorders and more. This flexible system can also be used to transmit line-level audio, such as an output from a mixer. This can be useful at weddings and other events where you need to wirelessly record crystal-clear audio from a soundboard in addition to running a wireless mic.
The power button on the TX9 beltpack transmitter can easily be set to “locked” to prevent it from accidentally being turned off when in use. If the person wearing the clip-on lavalier microphone needs privacy, a quick push of a button turns on a muting feature, and a flashing red LED reminds you to unmute it afterward. The system offers an impressive operating range of up to 330-feet (100m).
Another great benefit is that the UwMic9 system is expandable. Optional transmitters and output cables (sold separately) are available, giving you unrivaled flexibility. They make it possible to add a wireless handheld microphone or a wireless plug-on transmitter, and to connect the included RX9 receiver to smartphones, tablets, computers, GoPro cameras and more. The UwMic9 RX9+TX9+TX9 is a high-quality system with professional features, excellent sound quality, and an unbeatable budget-friendly price.

Overview
The Saramonic VWS is a professional windshield and suspension system for shotgun and pencil microphones that gives you the ability to capture clean-sounding audio in extreme weather conditions. The advanced shock mount suspension system eliminates unwanted vibration and handling noise and performs excellently when used outdoors in high winds, or when used indoors for interior boom pole work, stand usage, or when used handheld with the pistol-grip handle. This is the ideal blimp solution for the Saramonic TM1, TM7, and NV5 shotgun microphones, but it can also perfectly accommodate almost every industry standard shotgun and pencil microphone, up to 14.9” (380mm) in length with a diameter of 0.75-0.91” (19-23mm).
The overall angle of the shock mount and blimp can quickly be adjusted to optimize the position of the microphone. A short, coiled XLR cable is built into the handle and shock mount unit to make it easy to connect microphones without concerning yourself with cable routing. The internal cabling also helps to create a seamless structure to diffuse rushing wind. An acoustically transparent furry windscreen acts as the external layer of the VMS, and it can easily be removed for use in milder environments. A 3/8“ thread at the base of the handle enables you to attach the VMS to boom poles, like the Saramonic Magic Boom Pole, and the 1/4” 20 thread adapter is also included to give you near limitless mounting options.
If your productions move rapidly from interior to exterior shots, the VMS can quickly be modified for those tasks. The rear and front domes of the are easily removable, and an integrated slide rail lets you quickly take off the main blimp housing. Likewise, the system is easy to break down and pack at the end of a shoot, and a carrying pouch is included for convenient storage and transport. All of the components are ultra-lightweight, so they won’t weigh you down when you’re working or moving your gear. The Saramonic VWS enables you to confidently achieve professional-level sound quality in adverse outdoor conditions with a wide variety of shotgun microphones at a remarkably budget-friendly price.
